| 摘 要： | 本文对学术期刊编辑出版流程进行了优化设计和思考 ,体现了以人为本和以工作为中心相结合的现代管理思想 ;坚持了对文稿采用与否的制约和制衡原则 ,形成了以文章责编工作为基础 ,以期刊责编工作为中心 ,以主编和副主编为领导的编辑部工作体制 ;反映了以编辑加工为主要内容 ,以“三审制”为质量保证手段的工作特征 ,突出了以“对上负责和对下服务”为宗旨的办刊思路

| Abstract: | This essay engages in the optimization design and thinking of editorial and publishing process of academic periodicals.It reflects the modern management ideology on combining regarding people as foundation with taking work as certer,and sticks to the restrict principle of whether adopting the drafts.It forms an editorial department system on the basis of editing articles,by talking editing periodicals as center,and taking chief editor and associate editor in chief leaders.It also refects that taking editing and polishing as main content."Examine three times" is the working character of quality guarantee means,which stresses the thinking of handling jorunals,that is,aiming at "handling responsible for the leaders and serving the customers. |
