| 摘 要： | 亲权制度是亲子关系的核心内容，而我国现行法律既无亲权制度的概念，也无亲权制度的完整规定。在当前我国亲子关系出现类型多样化、内容复杂化的情形下，设立亲权制度具有重要意义。通过对澳门亲权制度特点的分析及由此得出的借鉴意义，探讨如何构建我国的亲权制度。

| Abstract: | The Relative Right System is the core of the relative relation. However, so far there is not a concept of the relative right system in our existing laws, nor a complete regulation about it. Since in current China the type of relative relation becomes diversified and its content tends to be intricate, it is very meaningful to set up the relative right system. Through analysis of the characteristics and reference of the relative right system in Macao, the author of this thesis discusses the ways to set up the system in the mainland. |
