| 摘 要： | 基于档案部门应用社交媒体开展档案信息服务整体成效不显著的现实,从社交媒体的发展历程入手梳理其基于社群关系的信息传播的本质内涵,分析社交媒体向移动社交平台的升级给我国档案信息服务创新带来的机遇,对适合档案信息传播的移动社交平台及其档案信息范围进行了阐释,提出档案部门应做好社交媒体团队建设、加大档案资源开发力度等基础性工作,通过加强用户“大数据”的应用,及时改进和优化档案信息服务,梳理出适合我国现阶段社交媒体发展规律的档案信息服务路径。

| Abstract: | As archives carrying out information service with social media have not obtained remarkable results,this paper combs the essential connotation which is based on the relationship between information dissemination from the development of social media, and analyses the opportunities which from social media upgrades to mobile social networking platform of archive information service innovation in our country.Then it discusses the mobile social platforms which are suitable for spreading archives information and the scope of archives information, and puts forward that archives should do basic work well, including building social media team and strengthening archive resources development. The paper proposes the right ways to develop archive information service under the current social media background in China by strengthening the users’ application of big data to improve and optimize the archive service. |
