流域内城市土地利用扩张多尺度空间分异特征探析——以北京温渝河流域生态廊道规划区为例

摘    要:以北京东北边缘温榆河沿河道两侧的生态廊道规划区为研究对象,以流域1991年、1996年、2002年三期TM影像、中国资源二号卫星遥感影像等为数据源,分别从区域尺度、土地利用类型尺度及斑块尺度,剖析土地利用变化的多尺度空间分异特征及变化轨迹,结果表明:区域尺度上表现为近期林地面积增加显著,水域面积缩减了近一半;河道附近水域多转为林地,距离远的多转为建设用地;1996年-2002年耕地转为建设用地现象较明显;土地利用格局中经济空间连通度增强;中北部地区土地利用变更现象频繁;各土地利用类型集中度从该类中心到周围300m-400m内迅速减小.但不同土地利用类型集中程度指数下降趋势有各自的距离效应,林地和城市建设用地与其他地类的变化趋势相比有显著差异;各土地利用轨迹在各缓冲带上出现频率的内部差异不大,持续性土地利用轨迹的平均斑块面积沿缓冲带有较明显规律。

Abstract:The ecological corridor of Wenyu watershed, located in the northeastern of Beijing was selected as study area. Based on three land use maps, which were identified by using TM and CRS-2 remote sensing images, this paper analyzed the spatial characteristics of land use change trajectories in the study area. The paper demonstrated the dynamic and spatial pattern of land use change at regional scale, land use type scale and patch scale. The dynamic and spatial characteristics of land use at regional scale showed that forest land increased obviously, and water coverage area halved in the past 11 years. The reduced area of water was transformed into forestland and building area along the river. Land use change had occurred intensively from 1996 to 2002, and the land transfer from farmland to building area was relatively evident in that period. The spatial connectivity of economic land use types increased distinctively. Land use variation is frequent in central and northern part of the ecological corridor of Wenyu River Basin in Beijing recently. The spatial concentration index of different land use types reduced immediately within 300 to 400 meters away from patches' gravity center, and then decreased slowly with random or dispersed distribution. However, spatial concentration trend of different land use types presented obvious distance-based character. The concentration trends of forestland and building area were distinct from other land use types. The change of land use types in buffering zone were relatively similar, but average area of patches of land use trajectories showed obvious regularity.
