不同类型负荷对人体骨密度影响的研究

摘    要:对举重、中长跑和不从事任何专项运动(对照组)各30名男青年的前臂骨进行了观察测定,并对三组青年的前臂桡、尺骨骨皮质、骨髓腔、骨矿含量和骨密度等进行了统计分析。结果表明:桡、尺骨骨皮质厚度,是举重组大于中长跑组和对照组,具有显著性差异,且中长跑组略高于对照组,但无显著性差异;骨髓腔径未见随骨皮质增厚而缩小;其桡、尺骨骨矿物含量和骨密度在三组之间存在着显著性差异,即举重组>中长跑组>对照组。

Abstract:Observed and determined is the forearm bone of the weightliters' group, the middle-and-long-distance runners' group, and the contrast group of nonsportsmen, each group consisting of thirty male youths respectively. Moreover, statistically analyzed are theindices of the cortex thickness of the forearm radius and ulna, the marrow cavity , the bone mineral comet, and the bone density, etc. It has been exhibited in the results that the cortex of the forearm radius and ulna isthicker in the weightlifters' group than in either the middle-and-long-distance runners' group or the contrast group (there is significant statistic difference ) that the cortex in the middle-and-long-distance runners' group is slightly thicker than that in the contrast group (there is no prominent difference ); that the marrow cavity dose not shrink as the cortex thickens,and that there is prminent difference in the bone mineral content and the bone density between all of the three group,that is to say, the weightlifters' group > the middle-and-long-distance runners' group > the contrast group.
