| 摘 要： | 青年教师是高职院校教学工作的中坚力量，青年教师的教学能力是影响教学质量和效果的关键，要提高教学质量和人才培养质量，必须重点培养和提升青年教师的教学能力。本文分析了高职院校青年教师教学能力与培养的现状，探讨了作为青年教师教学能力培养新模式，以及进一步做好此项工作的一些思考和实践。

| Abstract: | Young teachers are the main forces of the teaching work in higher vocational colleges, their teaching ability is the vital factor affecting teaching quality. The great emphasis should be put on the raising of teachers teaching capability in order to improve the quality of teaching and talent cultivation. In this essay, the present situation of the cultivation of young teachers was analysed, and its main path ＂various kinds of teaching competitions＂ was explored, together with some specific reflection and practice. |
