| 摘 要： | CBA联赛15年引援史尤如中国篮球运动进入新世纪后发展的一个缩影。通过文献资料、数理统计等方法梳理CBA联赛的引援史,籍此透视中国竞技篮球运动发展滞缓的原因,找寻突破瓶颈的方法。分析表明:家长式管理与职业化管理需求的矛盾,先进运动理念本土化遭遇梗阻,高水平竞技人才培养环境的失衡等因素成为阻碍中国竞技篮球运动发展的绊脚石。因此,完善竞技篮球运动管理制度,建立科学管理体系,正确认识与把握欧美先进运动理念,培育稳定、可持续发展的竞技环境才能够突破中国竞技篮球运动发展的瓶颈。

| Abstract: | Fifteen-year history of the introduction of foreign players likes a microcosm of Chinese basketball development in the new century.Therefore,this article uses literatures and mathematical statistic methods to review the CBA league history of 15 years in introducing foreign players and explore the reasons of the slow development of the Chinese competitive basketball in order to find ways to break through the bottleneck.Result: Contradiction of paternalistic and professional management requirements,advanced concepts localization encounter obstruction,imbalance of elite training environment and so on,become a stumbling block to the development of athletic basketball in China.Therefore,improving the system of competitive basketball management,establishing a scientific management system,correctly understand and grasp advanced movement concepts in Europe and America and fostering stability,sustainable development of competitive environment could break through the bottleneck of the development of athletic basketball in China. |
