| 摘 要： | 我国从1952年建立普通高等学校统一招生考试制度至今已有50多年的历史，对高考制度的改革从未停歇过。借助哈贝马斯的沟通理论，对江苏2008年高考政策改革的分析表明，高考政策的改革必须在改革者、教师和学生之间达成共识，方能取得改革的成功；如果改革的相关利益方不能充分沟通，改革者囿于工具理性的樊篱，改革就无法跳出狭隘的圈子，难以取得预期的效果。
