| 摘 要： | 高校学生党支部是大学德育工作的重要承担者,是党的教育方针在高校中最基层的贯彻者和实施者,是党和大学生群体的一个结合部,加强其自身建设,无疑具有深远的意义。认真抓好学生党支部书记的培养、学生党员的教育管理、新党员的发展工作以及社会实践活动四个环节,就是加强高校学生党支部建设的根本所在。

| Abstract: | The moral education in institutes of higher education is primarily undertaken by students'sub-branches of CCP that directly implement CCP's education guidelines and serve as links between CCP and college students.Therefore,to construct the sub-branches well is of profound and lasting significance.The most effective way lies in the following four aspects: the cultivating of student secretaries of CCP's sub-branchehes,the managing and educating of the student party members,the admitting of new student party members and the organizing of social practices. |
