| 摘 要： | 安置型社区“农民市民化”过程中产生了角色转化、身份认同、价值冲突等问题。以科学发展观和社会主义核心价值观为指导，以安置社区居民持续发展为本，以统筹城乡协调发展为基础，构建科学合理的安置型社区文化目标体系，可以实现社区文化的“以文化人”的功能，从而解决农民市民化的核心问题。

| Abstract: | There exist several problems on role transformation, identity and value conflict in urban resettlement communities. Guided by the scientific outlook on development and the socialist core values, with the sustainable development of community citizens as the basis, based on urban-rural harmonious development, we attempt to construct a cultural objective system for urban resettlement community, so as to solve the core problems in farmers＇ urbanization. |
