| 摘 要： | 当前我国中小学心理健康教育存在一系列亟待解决的问题：专业人员缺乏且其专业发展水平低、心理健康教育形同虚设、学生处于被动地位、具有消极心理学取向和忽视心理健康环境的营造，在以后实施心理健康教育的过程中，应加强心理健康教育专业教师队伍建设、重视并采用自助式心理健康教育、给心理健康教育注入积极心理学因素、充分利用各种教育资源和多种途径进行心理健康教育。

| Abstract: | Currently, there are series of problems of the mental health education in primary and middle schools, such as a lack of professionals and low professional developmental level, perform- ing practically no function, students in a passive position, negative psychological guiding ideas and neglecting the construction of mental health environment etc. We must strengthen the development of professional teachers, value and adopt self-help mental health education, put positive psychology factors into the mental health education, take full advantage of all kinds of education resources and make use of various ways to carry out mental health education. |
