| 摘 要： | 2012年9月《军队文职人员管理规定》颁布后,如何适应新形势、提高自身能力、制定职业规划、谋求长远发展成为文职人员的立足之本。本文针对文职人员现状进行了阐述,对提高自身素养的重要性进行分析,并对提高自身素养的相关措施进行了思考。
