| 摘 要： | 辅导员是我们高校学生思想教育工作中的主力军,当今,辅导员的定位、工作职责、工作要求都有新的变化,那辅导员就需要吸收新的教育理念和方法。本文从高校辅导员掌握并运用心理学理论的重要性着手,介绍了心理学理论和方法在辅导员实际工作的运用,为辅导员工作方法的改变提出新的思考。
