| 摘 要： | 采用文献分析方法，通过研究国际奥委会环保政策的制定与对申奥城市的环保要求，比较分析第27～29届奥运会候选城市的环保条件以及其在获取奥运会举办权中所起的作用。结果认为，悉尼获得第27届奥运会的举办权，得益于结合当时世界环保浪潮而在申奥史上首次提出“环保”口号；制定具体的“环保”措施，则是雅典取得第28届奥运会主办权的制胜法宝；北京取得2008年奥运会的主办权，则与首次将环保列入申办纲领和提倡环境教育分不开的。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,this paper investigates the establishment of IOC environment policy and requirement for bidding cities,comparative analyzes the effect on environment of 27~29th Olympic Games of Candidate cities for winning host right.The result shows that the world trend of environment protecting and bring forward slogan about environment protecting that help Sydney winning the host right.Another magic weapon of Athens winning 28th Olympic Games host right is excellent and concrete environment protecting steps.Beijing win the host right of 2008 Olympic Games belongs to environment protection firstly enlisted in bidding creed and advocating education of environment. |
