| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育发展迅速，一大批专科院校升格为本科，图书馆工作人员素质、馆藏图书量等方面都存在着不相适应的问题，应根据本科学校建立现代网络化、数字化、开放化图书馆的要求，采取相应对策，搞好这类高校的图书馆建设。

| Abstract: | With the swift development of our country's higher education,a large amount of mono-technique colleges have been promoted into regular universities.Therefore there exist the inadaptable questions with regard to the quantity and quality of librarians and the books the library stores.It is necessary for the regular universities according to the corresponding conditions to set up their libraries meeting the need of digitization,network and open nature. |
