| 摘 要： | 和平共处五项原则的提出反映了世界各国及其人民的要求，也是中国社会主义建设的客观需要。和平共处五项原则是周恩来总理首先完整地提出来的，但它的形成完善是新中国第一代领导集体共同努力的结果，是集体智慧的结晶。在外交活动中，新中国第一代领导集体坚持用五项原则处理各种对外事务，并在世界范围内，倡导这一原则，促进了中国对外事业的发展，促进了世界长期的和平与安全。

| Abstract: | The coexistent principle which premier ZHOU En-lai put formard integrately at first not only suits the request of Countries in the world,but is the actual wants of socialist construction of China as well.The first leadership of the People's Republic of China has prompted the consummation of the principle.In the diplomatic activities,the leadership handles correctly all kinds of diplomatic affairs according to the coexistent principle. The diplomatic policies that they propose all over the world have stimulated the development of China's diplomacy,and what is more, benefited the peace and security of the world. |
