| Abstract: | Resource advantage is the premise and basic condition for the economic society in Guizhou, while the industrial empowerment strategy functions as the important route, way and guarantee to highlight and give the full play to the resources in Guizhou. The analysis of the dialectical relationship between them helps to provide reference for Guizhou to surpass other provinces in economic society and to construct a well -to -do society in all aspects. |
