| 摘 要： | 国防法律体系的理论与实践问题,在我国的法学理论和社会主义法制建设实践中占有重要地位.近年,随着国家构建中国特色的社会主义法律体系步伐的加快,我国法学界对国防法律体系的研究日渐深入,并取得一定进展.研究和探讨这一问题,立足建立和完善国防法律体系的有利条件,提出建立与完善国防法律体系的对策,对构建中国特色的国防法律体系,贯彻依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的基本方略,提高依法治军水平,促进我国社会主义法律体系的协调发展,具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | The theory and practice of defense law system is very important in China's law theory and the socialist legislature construction.In recent years,with the acceleration of the legislature construction with Chinese characteristics,the research in China's defense law system has been developed and made significant improvement.The research and probing into this issue,which aims at constructing and perfecting the pre-conditions of the defense law system and putting forward policy suggestions to improve the defense law system,is a significant process toward a defense law system with Chinese characteristics,a fundamental strategy of building a socialist country ruled by law,and the harmonious development of socialist law system as well. |
