| 摘 要： | 梁启超是清代学术史研究的重镇。他注重对时代思潮的考察,又初步尝试中西比较,对清学的缘起、流派、方法等均有创见性诠释。但梁氏的研究也有不少缺陷,主要是中西比较有简单比附的嫌疑,"理学反动说"割断了清代学术与宋明理学的关系;同时文献准备不足,论证有空疏、浅薄之处。
