| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法，专家访谈和数理统计法对我国职业化足球发展环境进行分析研究。结果表明：中国足球职业化改革已举步维艰。研究从影响职业化足球改革的管理体制，竞赛体制以及俱乐部的建设、教练员、运动员、裁判员职业道德和球迷群体等内外环境方面，提出了改善中球职业化发展环境的对策。 |

| Abstract: | The circumstance for development of Chinese professional football was analyzed based on literature review, experts interview and statistics. The results show that the reform of Chinese football professionalism is facing with difficulties. From points of view of both inside and outside circumstance factors that influence the reform of football professionalism, such as management and competition systems, construction of football clubs, professional ethics of coaches, players and referees, and sports fans, the authors put forward strategies for improving the circumstances of Chinese football professionalism. |
