| 摘 要： | 土地资源的可持续利用在社会主义新农村建设中具有基础性地位。在运用系统论的观点对河南省目前土地资源利用状况进行综合分析的基础上,利用层次分析法,选取了33个参评因子,从资源、环境、经济、社会4个方面构建了土地资源可持续利用的评价指标体系,对即将展开新农村建设的河南省的土地资源进行了系统、综合的评价。结果表明,河南省的土地资源利用处于基本可持续阶段。针对评价结果,提出了河南省在新农村建设过程中土地资源可持续利用的几项建议。

| Abstract: | Sustainable use of land resources plays a fundamental role in building new socialism countryside.Based on the synthetic analysis of present land resources use situation in Henan province in view of systematic theory,by using AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and choosing 33 factors of evaluating,from 4 aspects of resources,environment,economy and society,the author proposes the evaluation index system of sustainable land use to conduct a systematic and synthetic evaluation on the forthcoming building new socialism countryside land resources of Henan province.The result indicates that land resources in Henan province is in the preliminary sustainable use stage.To the result,several suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable land resources use in Henan province. |
