| 摘 要： | 借鉴大类招生背景下国内外高校已有研究成果,以杭州科技职业技术学院连续四年大类招生改革经验为基础,通过对往届毕业生、在校生和管理工作人员进行问卷调查、个案研究和个人访谈等,研究分析了高职院校"大类招生,分流培养"模式下学生管理工作中面临的新挑战,并从实践的角度探索总结了学生管理工作的新思路和行之有效的管理方法。

| Abstract: | By reference to the existing research results at home and abroad,this research firstly analyzed the new challenges about the management of professional college student under the background of enrollment reforms.Then it effectively explore the new ideas and summarizes the student management methods.All the research results mainly from four years experience of enrollment student management in Hangzhou Polytechnic,by using the methods such as questionnaire investigation,case study and personal interviews about students and management personnel. |
