| 摘 要： | 运用随机前沿分析模型实证分析了中国劳动力结构对技术效率变化的具体影响.分析结果表明,改革开放以来,企业产权结构是影响技术效率的重要因素,中国国有经济比重过高制约了技术效率的提高,支持了继续发展非国有经济的观点. |

| Abstract: | Empirical Study in this thesis shows that the property structure in China is an essential factor to affect technical efficiency. It is the big proportion of stated-owned enterprises in property structure that has restricted the technical efficiency from improving. This conclusion can significantly fortify the advocate that the non-state owned economy be developed continuously and consistently. |
