| 摘 要： | 邓小平在领导改革开放的伟大实践中,深化了对发展规律的认识。他深刻地认识到,由于指导思想的不同以及政策取向的差异,发展会形成两种截然不同的结果：一种结果是两极分化;另一种结果是共同富裕。基于这一重要认识,在改革开放之初,邓小平就为中国的改革发展确立了两条根本原则：第一,中国的改革必须坚持社会主义;第二,中国的发展必须走共同富裕的道路,不搞两极分化,不允许出现新的资产阶级。这是邓小平在解析资本主义发展实践,又结合中国发展的实际,所得出的一个马克思主义的十分重要的结论。这一重要结论在马克思主义发展史上的重要意义在于：它第一次鲜明地提出了社会主义国家发展经济的目的是使全体人民共同富裕,并且把共同富裕上升到社会主义本质的高度来认识。中国30年改革开放的辉煌成就证明,坚持了这两条,就是从根本上坚持了中国特色社会主义;离开了这两条,就是从根本上离开了中国特色社会主义。

| Abstract: | In initiating and pushing forward the great practice of China’s reform and opening-up, Deng Xioping had deepened his understanding of the law of development. He was keenly aware of the fact that, due to the differences in guiding principles and policy orientations, there would be two distinct results of development with one leading to polarization and another common prosperity. Predicated on this important understanding, he had formulated two fundamental principles for China’s reform and development in the early days of China’s reform and opening-up： first, China’s reform must adhere to the path of socialism; second, China’s development must proceed in the direction of common prosperity and neither polarization nor the emergence of new-born bourgeoisies should be tolerated. This is an important conclusion reached by Deng Xiaoping in light of Marxist theories after analyzing the development practice of capitalism and taking into consideration the realities of China’s development. This conclusion is of great significance in the development history of Marxism. It clearly put forward for the first time that for socialist countries, the purpose of developing their economies was to achieve common prosperity for all their people. Not only that, Deng also pointed out that common prosperity was something that best manifests the essence of socialism. The brilliant achievements China has attained in the past 30 years have testified to the fact that holding on to these two principles, we are holding on to the socialist path with Chinese characteristics, whereas, deviating from them, we are deviating from the socialist path with Chinese characteristics. |
