| 摘 要： | 总管府始建于北周武成元年(559年)，是北周军事官僚体系的重要组成部分。章通过对献资料的仔细梳理，对北周总管府设置的原因、分布、类型、地位、官员选任、总管府僚属及职掌等问题进行了详细分析，勾勒出北周总管府的结构和特点。
