| 摘 要： | 法国大革命对现代世界产生了重大的影响 ,在革命中诞生的制宪活动和共和宪法为法兰西政治现代化提供了制度性的框架。由于政治、经济、宗教和文化传统的影响 ,法国在由封建国家向现代化国家转型过程中出现了多种政治体制的实践 ,因此 ,共和制宪传统的形成和确立为法国成功地确立共和制度起到了积极推进和保障的作用。

| Abstract: | The French Revolution has great historical significance to the modern world. The activities to draw up constitutions especially the republic constitution in the process of the Revolution afford a systematic framework for the French political modernization. Thanks to the influence of politics, economy, religion and cultural traditions, France has experienced some different state systems in the transforming process from feudalism to capitalism, so the tradition of drawing up a republic constitution promotes and ensures the establishment of the republic system. |
