| 摘 要： | 分析影响高校图书馆个性化信息服务的主要因素,认为技术支撑、系统功能、用户需求、用户接受信息的能力、工作人员素质、宣传与用户培训对高校图书馆个性化信息服务起主要影响作用;对高校图书馆个性化信息服务的一般过程进行阐述,在此基础上构建基于过程管理的高校图书馆个性化信息服务模型,最后对高校图书馆个性化息信服务策略进行分析。
