摘    要:高校图书馆员是职业倦怠高发人群,职业倦怠不仅会损害图书馆员的身心健康,而且严重削弱图书馆员的工作绩效和人际关系.自我效能感水平影响个体行为的选择、思维方式及情感反应,自我效能感危机势必导致个体的职业倦怠.高校图书馆可以通过引导馆员进行积极的认知重构,主动获取强化自我效能感的正面信息源,进行合理的归因,以及合理规划职业生涯等途径,不断提升馆员的自我效能感,从而有效地干预职业倦怠.
