| 摘 要： | 采用文献分析和实验法对背向滑步推铅球技术模式进行比较,并根据教学对象的特点对如何选择相应的技术模式进行了分析与探讨.同时,针对背向滑步推铅球的关键技术环节——起动与最后用力的教法做了较深入的研究.

| Abstract: | Literature research and experimental method were adopted to examine the model of shot-putting technique with back shift and the selection of model based on the characteristics of teaching object. Discussion was made on the teaehing method of the initial and the final exerting movements, two key rings of shot-putting technique with back shift. |
