| 摘 要： | 中职学校体育与健康课程教学面临尴尬的境地，为了中职学生将来更好地就业，促进他们的身心健康发展，中职体育与健康课程教学必须进行改革。研制适宜的教材内容，采取灵活多样的教学形式，与信息技术整合，将课程教学延伸至课余体育。

| Abstract: | Secondary technical school teaching physical education and health to face embarrassment,in order to secondary technical school of students better jobs in the future,to promote the development of their physical and mental health,secondary technical school teaching physical education must be reformed.Research and develop appropriate teaching materials,adopt a flexible and diverse forms of teaching,and the integration of information technology,teaching will be extended to after-school sports. |
