太极拳与导引养生功健身效果的调查分析

摘    要:目的:通过对中老年人练习太极拳与导引养生功的健身效果进行调查、分析,揭示两者在健身效果上的异同,从而为中老年人选择适宜自己的健身方式提供科学的指导.方法:进行问卷调查,然后用spss10.0进行数据处理.结果:太极拳的健身作用明显;导引养生功治病作用明显.结论:太极拳更适合有健身需要的广大中老年朋友;导引养生功更适合有身体疾病的中老年朋友.二者都能帮助中老年朋友提高身体素质,提升生活质量.

Abstract:An investigation has been made on the fitness effects of the elderly people by practicing Taichiquan and guided regiment Qigong.By analysing the similarities and differences of their effects,we hope to provide scientific guidance for the elderly to choose the appropriate way of keeping fit.Methods: questionnaire survey and data processing with spss10.0.Results: Taichiquan shows obvious effect on fitness;guided regiment Qigong has a better healing effect.Conclusion: Taijiquan is more suitable for the fitness needs of the majority of middle-aged and elderly people;guided regiment Qigong is more suitable for the middle-aged and elderly people with physical illnesses.Two methods are both helpful in improving their physical quality of the life.
