| 摘 要： | 所谓创新型人才指的是具有创新意识、创新思维和创新能力,为人类的文明与进步做出一定贡献的人才。时代的发展需要创新型人才,但是我国目前教学管理模式的滞后性、内容的单一性以及过程的封闭性严重制约着创新型人才的培养。为此,要以培养创新型人才为目标对现行的教学管理模式进行改革,迫切需要采取措施,尝试的方向如下:更新教学管理理念,改革学科课程结构,优化教学评价体系和创新教学管理组织形式等。
