| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育是传统学校教育向终身教育发展的一种教育制度,是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,不仅是一种学历补偿,也是提高全民族科学文化水平的重要措施。成人教育是终身教育、终身学习思想的最好体现。在新的形势下,传统成人教育的教育模式和教学方法已经滞后,课堂教学存在许多弊端,如教学手段、教学方法、学生出勤、课堂秩序、教师的专业化水平等问题。因此,完善教学管理制度,优化成人课堂教学管理,调整管理策略以适应优质课堂教学的需要,就显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Adult higher education is a education system transforming from traditional school education to lifelong education.It's an important part of our country's education system.It is not only a kind of compensation for educational qualifications,but also an important measure to improve the scientific and cultural level of the entire people.Adult education is the best embodiment of the idea of lifelong education and lifelong study.The education style and teaching method of the traditional education have lagged behind.There many abuse in class teaching such as teaching measures,teaching method,students' attendance;class order and teacher's quality,etc.Therefore,it is very important for the college to perfect teaching management system,optimize class teaching management,adjust management strategies to meet the needs of excellent class teaching. |
