| Abstract: | The occupational problem of university faculty increasingly becomes a major concern. The paper reviews the studies made by foreign scholars on the problems of occupational stress, burnout, and departure intention among university faculty in foreign universities, and puts forward several urgent issues to be settled in the study of the faculty management and career development in China's universities. |
