| 摘 要： | 高校德育在社会多元价值观的冲击下,教学活动往往只重教师而忽略受教育者的作用,因而其效果与教师预期相差甚远。德育内容认同感从认知心理学的角度来分析德育低效的原因：输入学生脑中的道德内容在与既有的道德观念匹配后才能成为道德认知,在充分达到评价、感受、行为倾向三个层次后才能转化为恒常的外显道德行为输出,成为学生稳定的道德心境。
