| 摘 要： | 高等师范音乐教育专业的学生，担负着普及和提高全民音乐文化素质的重任。是各类学校改革和全面推进素质教育的具体组织者和实施者。因此高师的教学要明确培养的方向，突出师范性，在向学生传授知识和技能的同时，重视学生能力的发展，改进传统的教学方式，做学生的导者和助者挖掘学生的潜能，发展他们的创造力为主体。
