摘    要:作为一门实践性和技术性很强的课程,农产品品质分析实验课将农业资源与环境专业的专业知识同具体实践操作结合,让学生能够更好地掌握专业知识,同时锻炼学生的实验动手能力。然而,教学效果的好坏直接影响学生对实验技能的掌握和良好实验习惯的养成。目前农产品品质分析实验课中还存在一些问题,影响实验教学效果。为提高教学质量,通过优化教学内容、改革教学手段和模式、完善实验考核,从而提高学生对实验的兴趣和分析解决问题的能力,达到提高教学质量的目的。

Research on the Experimental Teaching Reform of Quality Analysis of Agricultural Products

Abstract:As a highly practical and technical course,the experiment course of quality analysis of agricultural products combines the professional knowledge of agricultural resources and environment with specific practical operations,so that students can better master the professional knowledge,and at the same time,their experimental hands-on ability can be trained.However,the effect of teaching directly affects students'grasp of experimental skills and the development of good experimental habits.At present,there are still some problems in the experiment course of quality analysis of agricultural products,which affect the experimental teaching effect.In order to improve the teaching quality,through optimizing teaching content,reforming teaching methods and models,and improving experimental assessment,students'interest in experiments and ability to analyze and solve problems can be improved,so that the teaching quality will be improved.
