| 摘 要： | 在新时代,高校思政课教师的自我修养和魅力对于营造良好的课堂氛围和实现教学目标起着至关重要的作用。通过得体的语言、新颖的方法、充实的内容以及端庄的形象等,不仅可以提升思政课教师魅力,包括理论素养、实践能力和心理素质的提高,还可以提高学生的学习兴趣,从而更好地推动新时代思想政治教育的发展,对学生的思想政治教育工作具有深远的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In the new era,the self-cultivation and charm of ideological and political teachers play an important role in creating a good classroom atmosphere and achieving teaching objectives.Through the appropriate language,novel methods,substantial content and dignified image,it is possible to improve the charm of ideological and political teachers,including the improvement of theoretical literacy,practical ability and psychological quality and other qualities.It can not only improve teachers'quality and students'interest in learning,but also promote the development of ideological and political education in the new era.It has far-reaching guiding significance to the ideological and political education of students. |
