| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治理论课担负着“解决好培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的重任,是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。充分发挥思政课的作用,实现立德树人的根本任务,关键在于思政课教师。高校思政课教师作为思想政治教育改革创新的推动者和实践者,个人素养的不断提高是上好思政课的前提。
