| 摘 要： | 研究将零件设计特征和工艺特征转化为夹具特征的方法,及夹具特征的表示方法,建立基于特征的夹具装夹模型,以基于特征的夹具装夹模型为依托,建立夹具元件特征库,来实现夹具装夹元件的自动选择.开发基于特征的计算机辅助夹具设计系统,最后给出应用实例.

The Research on Fixture Design Based on Feature |

| Abstract: | In this paper, methods to transform the design features into fixture features and module to describe the fixture features are systematically studied. A feature-based fixing module is established. On the base of these theories, a fixture component database is built to realize the automatical selection of the fixing component during the process of fixture design. A feature-based CAFD system is developed and implemented. An application case is given in the end of this paper. |
