| 摘 要： | 现代社会已经进入了工业社会向信息社会发展的阶段，信息社会的核心工业是“知识工业”、“智力工业”。信息社会的经济是“知识经济”，它要求培养出高素质的、具有现代意识的人才。因此，班级管理的现代化旨在管理观念的现代化、管理模式的多样化、常规管理的科学化。

| Abstract: | The contemporary society has entered the stage of de-veloping from industrial society to information society. The core industries of information society are ＂knowledge industry＂ and＂intelligence industry＂. The economy of information society is＂knowledge economy＂which requires the cultivation of high-qual-ity talents with modern awareness. Therefore, the modernization of class management is aimed at the modernization of manage-ment concepts, the diversification of management models, the scientificalness of regular management. |
