| 摘 要： | 协同创新是国家继“211”工程、“985”工程之后为提升我国高等教育整体水平，全面提高高等教育质量，促进高等教育持续健康发展的又一重大战略部署，对高校科研管理工作提出了新的要求。本文简要分析了协同创新背景下地方高校科研管理工作面临的机遇与挑战，在此基础上提出了加强地方高校科研管理工作的措施。

| Abstract: | Collaborative innovation is a new major strategic deployment after the＂211 Project and 985 Project＂, aiming to improve the overall level of China＇s higher education,comprehen-sively improve the quality of higher education, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of higher education, and it has proposed new requirements for university scientific research management. This paper briefly analyzes the opportunities and challenges for scientific research management in local universities in the background of collaborative innovation, and proposes measures of strengthening scientific research management in local universities. |
