| 摘 要： | 高校教师创意教学效能感是将高校教师的教学和国家创新型人才的培养结合起来对教师心理层面的要求，对实现高校教师的创造性教学及提高人才培养质量都具有重要意义。为此，应加强国家、社会和高校对高校教师社会地位的重视，投资建设全面发展、综合素质较高的高校教师队伍，营造轻松、和谐的校内外环境，同时高校教师自身也应树立自信健康的心理。

| Abstract: | University teachers＇ creative teaching efficacy is a claim on psychological level of university teachers,which com-bines the teaching of university teachers and the cultivation of creative talents. It is significant to university teachers＇ creative teaching and the quality of talent development.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the social status of university teachers,invest and build an integrated and high-quality teaching staff, and cre-ate a relaxed and harmonious internal and external environment. At the same time, university teachers themselves should be healthy and confident. |
