| 摘 要： | 本文基于自主创新的视角，对企业家与企业家精神的培育机制进行了探索性地研究。首先界定了自主创新的内涵与特点，从不同的视角剖析了企业家和企业家精神的内在特征，揭示出企业家和企业家精神发展的动态性、实践性和培育性。其次，对自主创新与企业家、企业家精神之间的相互关系，从“一致性、依赖性、拉动性、互动性”方面进行了理论探求。最后，就当前我国企业家和企业家精神的培育提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The paper makes some research on the entrepreneur and entrepreneurship from the self-innovation's viewpoint.Firstly,it defines the content and characteristics of self-innovation.Also analyzes the inside-feature about entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in the light of many different ways.It presents that entrepreneur and entrepreneurship have some new developing features such as dynamics,practice and fostering.Secondly,it explores the relationship between self-innovation and entrepreneur and entrepreneurship.And it makes some theoretical analysis in four ways.Finally,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestion about how to foster entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in China. |
