| Abstract: | People's all-round development is a historical process. Marxism made people's all-round development from fantasy to science. The earnest implementation of "Three Representatives"helps enhance people's all-round development. Quality education is the crucial link and the only way to people's overall and scientific understanding of themselves,exploiting and perfecting themselves, thoroughly liberating themselves , and fulfiling people's all-round development. |
