| 摘 要： | 为了贯彻落实国家体育总局和教育部关于逐步在全国推行学校体育场馆向社会公众开放的政策,学校体育场馆从2006年开始,逐步向社会公众开放。然而在学校体育场馆对外开放的过程中难免发生各种体育伤害事故,如何依据法律妥善处理此类体育伤害事故的经济赔偿或补偿,缓和家庭、社会与学校之间的矛盾却是影响社会体育开展的重要因素。试对现行行政法规、民事法规、经济法规、体育法规等相关内容进行分析研究,论证依据现行法规解决问题的可行性,为正确处理此类纠纷提供法律支持。
