| Abstract: | Teacher professional development is the requirement of the times, as well as the inevitable tendency of educational development. In the basic educational course reform in our country, for teachers' professional development urgent requirements have been put forward. Therefore, people grope continuously for the rules for teachers' growth and development,come to know step by step the role of school-based training in teachers professional development , and promote teacher professional development through school-based teacher training. |
