| 摘 要： | 社会主义民主理想和现实的民主制度构成了有中国特色的社会主义的民主制度。宪法不仅是确立、保障社会主义民主制度的基础，而且在实现法的过程中，使现实的民主制度在向社会主义民主理想的追求过程中不断地自我更新、自我完善、呈现并张扬着社会主义民主政治制度的生命力和活力，宪法自身也在发展中不断完善，成为我国人民政治生活的基本准则。

| Abstract: | The socialist democratic system with Chinese characteristics was constituted by the socialist democratic ideal and the real democratic system.The constitution is not only the foundation of establishing and ensuring the socialist democratic system,but also to change the democratic system into the socialist democratic ideal and to perfect itself in the course of developing the constitution,meanwhile the constitution presents the productivity of socialist democratic system with vitality.The constitution becomes basic standard of Chinese people's. |
