| 摘 要： | 当前，大学生面临的各种环境日益复杂多样，由此引发的大学生心理问题不断增加，这给高校的思想政治工作带来了挑战。因此，开展大学生心理健康教育，优化育人环境，实现心理健康教育与学生思想政治工作的高度协调，这有助于促进高校思想政治工作的开展，为实现高校教育培养目标奠定基础。

It aims at boosting the integration of mental health education and political and ideological work, and contributes to mental health education and the cultivation of healthy personality and good mental quality of college students. |
