| 摘 要： | 《全国普通高校体育教育本科专业课程方案》(以下简称《课程方案》)于2004年开始实施。在2003年11月华北、东北协作区普通高校体育院系年会上32所学校体育院系的院长、主任对实施《课程方案》表示出了许多令人担忧的问题，通过对与会专家意见的整理和分析，提出了实施《课程方案》的建议。
